1.6 Wireless optical contact measurement module:(无线光学接触式测量模块)
(1) The optical stylus probe can be precisely positioned through the three-dimensional optical device to perform contact measurement on the geometric features of the object surface;

- It provides a unique intelligent point measurement function. There is no need to pull the trigger or click the software button. The software intelligently recognizes the light pen behavior and automatically points, thereby avoiding the adverse effects of light pen jitter caused by pulling the trigger on the measurement accuracy;

1、仪器到达用户所在地后,用户准备好仪器正常运行所需电等条件,由专业工程师就仪器开新箱检查仪器。
2、工程师对仪器使用场地检查合格后,进行安装、调试、精度补偿,安装后精度再次测试。
3、培训设备与用户购买仪器型号、功能一致。 负责对用户进行产品基本原理、使用、操作、保养维护等全面培训。
4、培训作业标准,操作“应知”“应会”。
5、培训内容:开关机操作、作业准备、仪器校准、测量步骤、注意事项、常见问题处理流程。
6、仪器保养培训:保养部件名称、保养内容讲解、保养周期、保养的方法和标准、保养人员责任岗位要求。
7、每台仪器均附有说明书、货物的合格证、装箱单等技术资料;
8、设备安装、调试过程,都有详细检验记录,调试检验结果符合国家相关标准。并填写验收报告,报用户厂家。
9、保修期为货到之日起不超过十三个月,并负责设备的终身维修。在保修期内,免收维修费,对于非人为损坏的零备件予以免费更换。
10、接到用户报修后立即电话沟通指导解决,如电话解决不了,两小时内给出解决方案,并在二十四小时内到达客户现场解决出现的问题。(国家法定休息日除外)
11、三年内免费提供软件升级服务。
